There are so many benefits associated with Pole Dancing and at The Bournemouth Pole Dancing Academy, we have designed a series of Pole Dance Classes for both fun and fitness.


Beginners: Technique, coordination, foundations and fun

Intermediate: Intense, creative, flying and climbing

Advanced: Acrobatic, letting go, hanging and free

 

Fun and Fittness

Bournemouth Pole Dance Academy currently runs classes on

Tuesday Evenings;

Advanced: 7.00pm - 8:00pm

Beginners: 8.00pm - 9:30pm

Classes are £10.00 for the session with class sizes of upto 10 people.


Thursday Evenings;

Beginners: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Intermediate|: 8:00pm - 9.30pm

All Bookings require deposit to reserve a place as numbers are limited.
